Users must use Zax Technologies only for authorised professional, administrative and business purposes and in accordance with applicable law and organisational requirements.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and must not knowingly permit unauthorised access to the platform.

3. Information entered into Zax

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate authority to enter, upload, process or communicate information through the platform.

4. Communications

Communication features, including WhatsApp functionality where enabled, must be used only for legitimate and authorised communications.

5. Availability and changes

Zax Technologies may maintain, update or modify the service where necessary for security, reliability, functionality or compliance.

7. Suspension and misuse

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, information, platform security or compliance obligations.
